ASTM F3125/F3125M Grade F1852 twist-off type tension-control fastener assemblies are appropriate equivalents for ASTM F3125/F3125M Grade A325 or A325M bolts. ASTM F3125/F3125M Grade F2280 twist-off type tension control fastener assemblies are appropriate substitutes for ASTM F3125/F3125M Grade A490 or A490M bolts. Such assemblies are commonly produced and used and are addressed by the RCSC Specification for Structural Joints Using High-Strength Bolts (RCSC, 2020).
