Material test reports shall constitute sufficient evidence that the mill product satisfies material order requirements. The fabricator shall make a visual inspection of material that is received from the mill, but need not perform any material tests unless the owner's designated representative for design (ODRD) specifies in the contract documents that additional testing is to be performed at the owner's expense.
