4.1.1

All fasteners shall be defined by a government/military, aerospace industry consensus technical specification, or company specific technical specification.

4.1.2

When company specific fastener technical specifications are used, the hardware developer shall ensure design, manufacturing and performance criteria are sufficient to meet system performance requirements and provide sufficient detail for evaluating product conformance.
